These terms set out how you may use Fida Khan Fabrics and purchase unstitched fabric from us online or in store.
Agreement
By browsing www.fidakhanfabrics.com, placing an order online, via WhatsApp, or in our Shadman shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products & descriptions
Fida Khan Fabrics sells unstitched fabrics by the meter and related cloth products. Colours, weave and finish may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings and dye lots. Measurements are given in good faith; minor cutting variances can occur. If you need an exact shade or hand-feel, visit the shop or request a WhatsApp confirmation before ordering.
Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once we accept it by message, call, or checkout confirmation. We may cancel or adjust an order if stock is unavailable, details are incomplete, or pricing appears incorrect. In that case we will contact you promptly.
Payment & cash on delivery
We offer cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan where available, and any other payment methods we communicate at checkout or on WhatsApp. COD orders may be verified by phone. Refusal to accept a verified COD parcel without a valid reason may affect future orders.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on location and courier partners. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.
Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful personal shopping only. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation. All brand names, logos, product imagery and copy remain the property of Fida Khan Fabrics or their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fida Khan Fabrics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from delayed delivery outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed amicably through our contact channels; unresolved matters may be subject to the courts of Lahore.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
